Development and validation of a fluorimetric method to determine quassin in polymeric nanocapsule suspension

چکیده

A simple, rapid, and sensitive fluorimetric method was developed validated to quantify quassia in polymeric nanocapsule suspensions non suspensions, using acetonitrile as a solvent. The excitation emission wavelengths were set at 397 nm 465 nm, respectively. calibration graph linear from 0.05 0.25 µg/mL with correlation coefficient of 0.9892. detection quantitation limits 2.4 0.8 µg/mL, validation results confirmed that the is specific, linear, accurate, precise for its intended use. current successfully applied evaluation curcumin content lipid during early stage formulation development.
